Boarding Reservations Policies

Here's what to know when booking your pet's stay with us.

Payment and Deposit at Booking

  • 1–2 nights: Payment in full is required when booking.
  • 3+ nights: A deposit of $50 or 20% of the total stay—whichever is greater is required.

Cancellations & Refunds

Payments and deposits are fully refundable if you cancel within a week (7 days) of booking.

We understand that emergencies and severe weather happen. These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Peak Season Rates

Boarding rates increase by 10% from June through September and during major holidays.

Holiday Closures

Please note that the kennel will be closed on the following holidays:

Your pup's favorite food = a happy stay! We recommend bringing along the food they're used to, but if that's tricky, we've got you covered:

(any opened cans are reserved just for your dog and sent home).
