For added peace of mind, the owner resides on-site, providing an extra level of oversight, security, and specialised care. You can rest easy knowing your dog is never far from attentive, knowledgeable hands. We understand that leaving your dog in someone else’s care can be stressful. Our team ensures attentive supervision, regular exercise, a clean environment, and strict health protocols to keep every dog safe and comfortable throughout the day.

We welcome dogs and cats of all ages, including puppies / kittens and senior animals. Our staff adjusts care routines based on each pet’s age, energy level, and specific needs to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. Our trained team can administer medications for dogs and follow special care instructions for all pets provided by owners. If your pet has specific medical or dietary requirements, simply let us know during booking so we can provide the best care possible.

If a pet shows signs of illness or injury, our staff will immediately follow our outlined medical alert protocol and assess the situation and contact you. If necessary, we will consult with a veterinarian to ensure your dog receives appropriate care.

To protect the health of every dog staying at New Inn Kennels, we require proof of current vaccinations before check-in. Dogs should be up to date on core vaccines such as rabies, distemper, Bordetella and have a current town license. Cats should be up to date on their rabies vaccines.

If your pet has ongoing health conditions or special dietary requirements, please share that information with our team so we can provide the appropriate care during their stay.

To make your pet feel comfortable during their stay, we recommend bringing:

• Your pet’s regular food and treats (especially if your dog is on a specific diet)
• Any medications with clear instructions
• A favorite blanket or toy (optional)

• Up-to-date vaccination information

You can reserve your dog’s stay by contacting us directly through our website, calling our team, or visiting the facility. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during holidays, school vacations, and peak travel seasons when boarding spaces fill quickly.

In addition to the provided 4 potty breaks a day in our fully fenced in yard we offer a variety of additional services. Services include private playtimes with one of our staff members, cuddle times, walks, mental stimulation, and daycare (pending evaluation) for an additional fee

In many cases, dogs from the same household can board together if they are comfortable sharing a space. Our staff will review your pets’ size, behavior, and comfort level to determine the best arrangement for their stay.
